We are happy to have you here and want to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. Please take a moment to read through the house rules. If you need any additional information or assistance, feel free to contact us.
Registration:
To register your stay, please send a photo of your personal documents (ID card, passport, health card for young children) before or within 24 hours of your arrival. Alternatively, you can reply to a questionnaire that we can send you via SMS.
Payment:
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 70% should be paid 3 days before your arrival. Payments should be made via bank transfer to the provided bank account(exceptionally in cash upon arrival). For online agency bookings, please refer to their websites for payment instructions.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be canceled with a full refund up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. For cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival the guest will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
Casa Natura Returning Guest Benefit: the non-refundable deposit can be applied to a new reservation for a stay within 6 months of the original booking.

Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is required by 11:00 on the day of departure. Late check-out without prior permission will incur an additional 50% charge of the daily price, and further stay will not be allowed.
Safety and Security:
When you go outside, make sure that you lock your doors and windows, turn off lights and electrical appliances (TV, air conditioner, stove, etc.), extinguish the fire, and close the water. Leave the keys in the key box by the front yard entrance next to the bell and scramble the code.
Jacuzzi & Sauna:
Use of the Jacuzzi and sauna is at your own risk. Children under five are not allowed in the Jacuzzi and sauna due to the risks of overheating and drowning. Other children may use the Jacuzzi and sauna only when accompanied by an adult.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. We kindly ask smokers to use the designated smoking areas on the terraces, where ashtrays are provided, as well as in the billiard room.
Fire Safety:
Please exercise extreme caution when lighting decorative candles, using the fireplace, masonry stove, or outdoor grills. Always ensure that the fire is completely out and never leave it unattended. Dispose of ashes in the firebox, and use the ash vacuum cleaner only for cold ash the following morning.
Cleaning & Waste Disposal:
During your stay, you are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the house. Please dispose of mixed waste in the designated areas and place paper, glass, and plastic in the appropriate bins in the billiard room.
Host Entry:
In exceptional circumstances, the host may enter the house in the absence of the guests to prevent potential damage or danger. The guest will be informed of this entry as soon as possible.
Noise & Behavior:
It is forbidden to destroy equipment and furniture, cause disorder, and create outdoor noise from 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Non-Registered Guests:
Persons who are not guests of the rented accommodation are not allowed to arrive, stay, or use the inventory without the permission of the host. If we notice any persons who are not registered or announced, we have the full right to cancel the accommodation.
Prohibited Items:
Weapons, explosives, flammable materials, and certain electric appliances (such as electric stoves or fans) are not allowed without prior approval from the host.
Pets:
Pets are allowed only with the prior consent of the host and for an additional fee. The guest is obliged to ensure that the pet does not walk on the furniture and does not cause damage as well as to use fecal bags. For more details, please refer to House rules for pets.
Guest Responsibility:
Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their belongings and valuables. The owner is not responsible for any loss or theft. We encourage the guests to use safety deposit box.
Damage or Loss:
In case of damage or loss of furniture, appliances, or room equipment, guests must inform the host immediately. If the damage is caused by the guest, they will be required to compensate for the equivalent value.
House Equipment:
It is prohibited to remove towels, blankets, or other house equipment from the house. The only exception is the use of green towels on the terrace and deck chairs by the Jacuzzi.
Non-Compliance with Rules:
If the house rules are not followed, the host reserves the right to terminate all services and the accommodation for the guest.
Final Note:
We kindly ask that you leave the house in the same condition as you found it: clean, tidy, and undamaged. The host ensures that the house is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for each guest.
